Reynolds A. Kairus graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic in June 2017 as a medical doctor. He is a co-author for an investigation published in The Journal of Clinical Toxicology (DOI: 10.4172/2161-0495. 1000311) and has received recognition from the New York – Fire Department for return of spontaneous circulation on patients in cardiac arrest.

Dr. Karius became an Emergency medical technician in 2003. Although Reynolds considered the possibility of becoming a physician in 2004, being raised in the 90’s by a single mother, on government assistance and living in a poverty-stricken NYC neighborhood, he never thought that achieving the goal of becoming a physician was possible.
