Narie Foster is an entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and executive coach, and a Venture Partner at JAZZ, a VC firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Narie co-founded M.M.LaFleur, a direct-to-consumer fashion brand, and spent five years as Chief Operating Officer, helping to grow the company to $75M in revenue, 200 employees, and Series B funding. Narie led the build-out of M.M.LaFleur’s e-commerce, customer experience, fulfillment operations, software engineering, product management, people operations, and company culture. In 2016, she was selected as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Retail & E-Commerce, and in 2017, M.M.LaFleur was #43 on Inc.’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America. Narie has been an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at MIT’s summer accelerator and a guest lecturer at Cornell University, Columbia Business School, the Wharton School, NYU Stern, Techstars, and the University of Edinburgh. Narie began her career as a management consultant at Bain and has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Cornell University.
