Develop your specific skills and knowledge in the management of hospitality companies, covering two main business areas: Hotel Management and Food and Beverage Management. Live first-hand the experience of modern hospitality and design a packed fun-filled travel experience for potential clients, and engage with mentors from leading companies in the field of tourist hospitality.

Course Structure


There are nine 3-hour class sessions over the two-week course. During week one, students have class from 9am-12pm, Monday - Friday. During week two students have class from 9am-12pm Monday through Thursday. Wednesday afternoons are dedicated to additional academic time (excursions, speakers).
