We’re off to a great start at Summer Springboard on the beautiful UC Santa Barbara campus!
Students from across the country rolled into sunny Santa Barbara, excited to kick off two incredible weeks of learning, growth and connection. After settling into the dorms and meeting their roommates and mentors, they wasted no time making new friends, fueled by fresh ocean air, shared passions and the buzz of a top-tier university setting. With beach views and good vibes all around, it’s already feeling like something special.
Now the real adventure begins. Our students on the campus of UCSB are diving into hands-on academic courses with expert instructors, eye-opening excursions around the area and True You sessions to spark self-discovery and future planning. Whether soaking up coastal sunsets, collaborating in class or exploring what inspires them, this group is ready to make the most of every minute.
We can’t wait to see where the next two weeks take them!

Week 1 is done at UC Santa Barbara, and we’re just getting started!
Students crushed their first week with fresh ideas, bold challenges and real connections. The first True You workshop had them digging deep, uncovering what drives them and kicking off their journey of self-discovery. Academic courses fired up their creativity and pushed them to think big. It was hands-on learning at its best.
Their first excursions showed off the stunning Santa Barbara coastline and sparked plenty of academic and career inspiration. Friendships are clicking, energy is high and the vibe is unstoppable.
Week 2 is right around the corner, and it’s loaded with even more courses, adventures and moments that will shape their future. The best is yet to come!

That’s a wrap on a memorable Summer Springboard experience!
What a journey it’s been on campus. After two incredible weeks of hands-on academic courses, inspiring True You workshops and adventurous weekend excursions, our students have crossed the finish line of an unforgettable Summer Springboard program. They’ve explored new ideas, challenged themselves and made friendships that will last long after they leave campus.
Throughout the program, students gained valuable insight into their college major interests and career aspirations, while reflecting on the kind of learners and future professionals they want to become. From engaging classroom discussions to real-world experiences beyond campus, this summer has been all about growth, discovery and setting the foundation for what’s next.
We’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see where their journeys take them. Here’s to new beginnings and exciting futures ahead!
