Things to note before you get started:
- The first page of the application will ask for basic contact information. It will then send you a verification email. Once you confirm you will be able to log into the dashboard to complete your application.
- Once back on the dashboard, the system will ask you to complete your account details – this will include basic contact information.
- You will then click – Create New Application on the Dashboard. Select your campus, session, course, and tuition type, and then enter the student contact information.
- There are two different Application Types
- “Save your spot now” which includes paying your application fee to to hold your spot and complete the remaining application at a later date.
- After you pay the deposit and app fee, you’ll be asked to complete the remainder of the application to finalize your enrollment. The application includes 3 short essay questions and details about your academic record (GPA, extracurricular activities), medical history, and a waiver.
- Please be advised that we can only hold your spot for two weeks until your full application is complete.
- “Complete full application now” *Student must be present for this option* this takes approximately 30 minutes.
- “Save your spot now” which includes paying your application fee to to hold your spot and complete the remaining application at a later date.
- There are two different Application Types
- At this time you will place your $600 deposit and $99 application fee to hold your space on the program.
- You will receive an enrollment decision within 7-10 business days after your application is complete and submitted.
Criteria for Admission
High School
- Must have completed 8th grade of middle school by program start date.
- 3.0 Grade Point Average (or local equivalent) for all programs
- International students must demonstrate proficiency in English via a telephone interview, or they may provide one the following minimum test scores:
- TOEFL: 490 on paper test or 60 on iBT test
- Cambridge: PET-Distinction or FCE-C
- SAT: 450 in Reading/Writing
Middle School
- Must have completed 6th grade of middle school by the program start date
- 3.0 Grade Point Average (or local equivalent) for all programs
Deadlines
Tuition Increase: November 30th, 2024 | All campuses will have increased tuition rates
Early Decision Discount: December 30th, 2024 | $300 Discount expires
Alumni Scholarship Deadline: January 19, 2025 | $500 Alumni Scholarship expires
1st Wave Application Deadline: February 23, 2025 | Application fee increases to $149, some programs will be closed and waitlisted
2nd Wave Application Deadline: April 20, 2025 | Application fee increases to $199, some programs will be closed and waitlisted
Final General Admission Deadline: May 16, 2025 | Programs will be closed for enrollment
