Byron worked for McKinsey for five years, doing projects in a variety of industries (namely Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Electric Power and Natural Gas, and Private Equity) and focused primarily on strategy and organizational topics (e.g., culture transformation). His projects took him all over the globe, spanning Southern Africa, Central Europe, North America and Asia. Between roles at McKinsey, he worked for 18 months as an internal management consultant for SABMiller’s Africa business unit and completed his MBA at INSEAD. Byron has been teaching for iXperience since 2019 and has built and taught every version of the Management Consulting course.
