Dr. Dawn Gregory is a highly accomplished business strategist, innovation leader and educator, specializing in creating synergy across strategy, customer experience, and technology. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a research focus on Industry 5.0 technologies, including AI and their cross-industry adoption. Dr. Gregory serves as Chief Digital Officer for Strategic Innovation, a trusted advisory firm helping organizations leverage AI and digital technologies to achieve hyper-automation, reduce expenses, and innovate revenue streams. She has held key roles, including Innovation Management Officer for the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and Director of the Mayor’s Office of Innovation for the City of Atlanta.

A serial entrepreneur and seasoned executive, she has founded and led businesses, served as the founding board chair of a K-12 charter school, and led a multi-state healthcare organization as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Dr. Gregory is a former board member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (now GIMI) and the International Association for Strategy Professionals – Atlanta. She was also the founding Education Committee Co-Chair for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). As a founding member of MetroLab Network, a White House initiative focused on advancing smart city collaborations, she facilitated partnerships between the City of Atlanta, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State University (GSU). Currently, she serves on the GSU’s Robinson College of Business Advisory Board. Recognized for her expertise, Dr. Gregory has been featured in Who’s Who in Technology & Innovation.

Dr. Gregory will serve as a faculty member for the 2025 Summer Springboard program at Georgia Tech, where she will teach Business, Strategy & Decision-making.
