Course Overview
The ability to speak English is fundamental for real-life success wherever you are from. More than grammar, reading and writing, this program will integrate English language learning with topics in cross-cultural understanding and key global issues while giving you the confidence needed to communicate in English in any situation.
Topics you'll explore
Hands-On Learning
English Language learners will live amongst students from the U.S. The program is held in exciting and vibrant cities providing international students a rare opportunity to experience a fun summer in the United States. In New York you will get the chance to visit Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Statue of Liberty and the 911 Memorial site. There will also be the opportunity to take one session in ESOL, and switch to an academic track for the second (and third!) session. A 5% discount applies for students enrolling in multiple sessions, and Summer Springboard will provide inter-session programming as well at no additional charge.
