Course Overview

Throughout the course, students will get an opportunity to meet with industry professionals such as sports journalists, producers, and commentators. Excursions may include visits to local sports radio stations and television studios, where students could see a live sports broadcast in action. These experiences provide invaluable insights into career paths in sports media and help build connections in the industry.

Topics you'll explore

Hands-On Learning


Students will learn how to conduct interviews, create engaging content, and understand the role of technology in sports media. By the end of the course, students will be able to confidently make a sports segment and present it like a pro.

Career Exploration


Over the course of the two weeks, students will learn the fundamentals of sports journalism, live broadcasting, and behind-the-scenes production. This hands-on course will give students a taste of what it’s like to report, commentate, and analyze sports in real-time, preparing them for future opportunities in the world of sports media.
