UC Berkeley – Do rooms have air-conditioning?

The Unit 2 dorms do not have air conditioning. However during the summer it is relatively cool, many students open windows at night to stay cool. In July average temperatures at Berkeley are between a low of 53 F and a high of 73.9 F.
