Yes. All dormitories have 24-hour security and uses electronic keys to enter each building and dorm room. Cal security is on 24-hour patrol and available to any student that may need assistance during the Berkeley summer camp.

No. Beds are made prior to arrival with pillow, pillow case, sheets, blanket, and bedspread. Two towels and a face cloth are provided. Linens and towels are changed weekly.
The Unit 1 dorms do not have air conditioning. However during the summer it is relatively cool, many students open windows at night to stay cool.
