Instructors
From a Harvard educated doctor who works with Doctors Without Borders to a business instructor who is Founder and Principal of Silicon Valley Institute, students will hear firsthand from experts in their field.
Summer Springboard courses are taught by accomplished and passionate faculty recruited from many area colleges, universities and professional forums. Each faculty member is selected for their subject area expertise and proven ability to both challenge and captivate students.

Program Staff
Campus Director
Every campus is run by a Campus Director. These are adult professionals with extensive experience working with teens, and they all hold a B.A. or M.A. degree.
Directors are selected for their expertise in the field of personal development and undergo background checks and rigorous training before the summer. The Campus Director oversees the team of Resident Advisors and also facilitates the delivery of the Springboard Leadership Personal Framework.
Mentors
Our Mentors are the heart and soul of our program; they bring energy and inspiration to every student experience. They are selected for their experience working with youth, understanding of leadership theory, and dynamic personalities. All mentors undergo background checks and training on the unique needs of teenagers. Mentors live in single rooms on the same floor with students.

Hands-on
Learning
Dive deep into your passions and turn your aspirations into reality with our intensive academic programs. Our instructors are professionals in their fields who provide students with valuable skills and unparalleled real-world insights and applications to their field. Imagine learning law from an attorney who argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, studying medicine with a doctor who has participated in emergency crisis response efforts, or learning skills to solve crimes with one of the world’s most well known forensic scientists?
Career
Exploration
Beyond theory, students experience excursions and discover more about their career interests by hearing expert guest speakers firsthand. Past company visits included Google, Bloomberg, and the United Nations Foundation. Also, students have heard guest speakers representing Cisco, McKinsey & Co., and a startup founder. These professionals shared their personal stories about how they got to where they are today and offered career advice based on real-life experiences.
College
Prep
Through campus visits, speakers and afternoon electives we prepare students for university life. In the afternoon True You College Admissions sessions, we provide a deeper understanding of the college application and admissions process. All students can get a taste of college life by living in dorms, making new friends from around the world and learning to live as a college student. Evenings are packed with fun activities like lip sync battle, game night, and more!
