Summer Springboard

Staff Application

FOR SEASONAL POSITIONS

BEGIN YOUR STAFF APPLICATION BELOW AND APPLY TO BE A MENTOR, ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR, ASSISTANT CAMPUS DIRECTOR OR CAMPUS DIRECTOR.

SSB Seasonal Staff: Selecting a university and academic major are still some of the biggest decisions a high school student can make (as well as the biggest investment a parent can make), and one that will have a lasting impression on the rest of their life. Summer Springboard allows teens to get a taste of college life while gaining valuable insights into their fields of interest. This fosters independence, self-awareness, and confidence that help students succeed in college and beyond. Our programs offer students the opportunity to explore college lifestyle in an academic and geographic area of interest. This experience helps them better define what direction they want to take after high-school and what difference they want to make in their community and beyond. Summer Springboard provides two-week academic and career-exploration programs in more than 70 different areas of interest across 17 host universities. We offer choices for both high-school and middle-school students, with residential, commuter, and virtual options. All of our staff hold university degrees, are in the process of obtaining one, or have extensive experience working with youth within experiential education.
