Teju Owoye is a two-time entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and author with over a decade of experience building and scaling brands across wellness, media, and technology. She is the Founder and President of Sulte Group, a growth marketing agency that has led digital strategy and go-to-market campaigns for global icons and organizations, including Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Def Leppard, K1 Investment Management, Panopto, and UC San Diego. Her work blends economics, behavioral science, and performance marketing to help businesses and brands grow through clear strategy and disciplined execution.

Teju is also the Founder of Clean Rebellion, a clean beauty brand voted “Best Multi-Use Body Wash” two years in a row by Byrdie. Prior to that, she served as Director of Digital Marketing for a national direct lender, where she was recognized with the BAI Emerging Leader Award. Teju is passionate about teaching others about marketing and entrepreneurship. She has spoken about virality and building high-performing funnels at Dallas Digital Summit and Content Marketing World. Currently, she mentors founders through Because International.

She holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut. She honed her entrepreneurial skills as a graduate of the Founder Institute, a global tech incubator. She also received training in storytelling and journalism through UCLA Extension and NYU. Teju brings real-world entrepreneurial experience to the classroom, equipping students with practical skills in digital marketing, brand building, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.
