About This Course

This dynamic course offers an engaging introduction to User Experience (UX) Design, teaching students how to create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences. As digital products play an increasingly vital role in society, UX Design has become essential for shaping quality user interactions. Ideal for both creative and tech-focused learners, the course encourages innovative thinking and hands-on problem solving while providing practical experience with industry-standard tools and real-world projects. Through interactive learning, students will design digital interfaces, critique and present their work, and develop strong communication skills. By the end of the course, each student will have built a portfolio showcasing their creative and technical foundations. Additionally, students will explore various UX career paths, from design to research, and gain valuable insight into how their skills and creativity can influence the future of tech and design.

TOPICS YOU'LL EXPLORE

Hands-on Learning

This course emphasizes practical learning through interactive projects. Students will design digital interfaces using common industry tools and applications. They will develop skills in critiquing work, giving and receiving feedback, and presenting and communicating their creative concepts effectively. By the end of the course, each student will have a portfolio showcasing their project, demonstrating both creative and technical foundational knowledge.

Career Exploration

Students will learn about a range of UX career paths, from design to research, and gain insight into industry roles. The course will help students understand how their skills and creativity can shape a future in tech and design.
