Summer Springboard is officially underway at Duke University!

Students arrived on campus and got settled into their dorms, meeting new friends and mentors along the way. The energy is contagious as everyone starts to feel at home on this stunning campus and begins to get to know one another. With two weeks of hands-on learning and exciting experiences ahead, the anticipation is building, and so is the sense of community.

In the coming days, students will jump into engaging classes, explore the campus and beyond through fun excursions, and participate in True You sessions designed to spark self-discovery and growth. 

Whether collaborating in class or soaking up Duke’s unique atmosphere, this group is ready to make every moment count. We can’t wait to see what unfolds!

BLOG POST FOR JULY 3

Week 1 at Duke University was off to a memorable start!

Our students have just completed an exciting first week filled with hands-on learning, meaningful self-discovery and new friendships. 

From diving into their academic courses to kicking off the True You workshop, they’ve been exploring fresh ideas and uncovering what truly motivates them. The Duke campus buzzes with energy as students challenge themselves and connect with peers from all over.

This week’s excursions gave students the chance to step outside the classroom, sparking inspiration and deepening bonds. It’s been incredible to see how quickly they’re growing in confidence, curiosity and collaboration.

With Week 2 coming up fast, there’s even more to look forward to: more engaging courses, deeper reflection and unforgettable experiences. The journey is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see where it leads!
