Pharmaceutical Sciences

Meet Your Instructor

Dr. Heather Pol, DO, PharmD, brings a rare dual perspective to Pharmaceutical Sciences as both a pharmacist and a physician. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from MCPHS University and spent nearly a decade in pharmacy practice, including as a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and as executive director of pharmacy for a large California state health system. She later earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Campbell University and is completing her emergency medicine residency at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she also co-directs Yale’s Wilderness Medicine Interest Group.

DR. HEATHER POL

“Summer Springboard did not only prepare me for a career but also the real world while leaving time to make life long friends and having fun.”
