About This Course
A business program for teens on a university campus in Atlanta
This course offers hands-on activities and group discussions that encourage collaboration and the practical application of core business concepts. Students will explore real-world case studies and engage in problem-solving exercises to develop their analytical and decision-making skills. Through interactive learning, they will discover how to approach complex situations with strategic thinking.
Participants will also gain familiarity with essential business terminology and concepts, enabling them to communicate ideas more clearly and confidently. Meet Your Instructor
Dr. Dawn Gregory is a distinguished business strategist, innovation leader, and educator, specializing in aligning strategy, customer experience, and technology. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a research focus on Industry 5.0 technologies, including AI and their cross-industry applications. As Chief Digital Officer for Strategic Innovation, she helps organizations harness AI and digital tools for hyper-automation, cost reduction, and revenue growth. Her previous roles include Innovation Management Officer at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Director of the Mayor’s Office of Innovation for the City of Atlanta.
A seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Gregory has founded and led businesses, chaired a K-12 charter school board, and served as COO of a multi-state healthcare organization. She is a former board member of the International Association of Innovation Professionals (now GIMI) and the International Association for Strategy Professionals – Atlanta. She also co-chaired the Education Committee of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and was a founding member of MetroLab Network, a White House initiative for smart city collaboration. She currently serves on the Robinson College of Business Advisory Board at Georgia State University and has been recognized in Who’s Who in Technology & Innovation.
