Theater Arts at Cal Poly SLO
Course Overview
The Theater Arts program offers students an immersive experience in theatrical design and production. Through script analysis, hands-on projects, and collaboration with peers, students explore the creative process behind set, lighting, and costume design.
Guided by industry professionals, participants gain practical skills and insights into visual storytelling that bring performances to life. The course also includes opportunities to attend live shows, deepening students’ understanding of theater as both an art form and a career path.
