Dr. Laura Manyweather is a college professor and consultant. She specializes in program, fund, and non-profit development, and brings 29 years of business experience from the private sector and academia. She brings systems, processes, and organizational structure to small and micro businesses, in order for them to thrive in an ever-changing economic environment. Dr. Manyweather also brings positivity, inclusiveness, emotional intelligence, and restorative leadership skills to organizations.  Currently, she teaches business courses for the Los Angeles Community College District to emerging leaders and inspiring business owners. Laura’s teaching style and approach to Adult Learning are innovative and intuitive. Dr. Manyweather received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University – Dominguez Hills. She possesses her MBA in Finance from Argosy University and earned her terminal degree from California State University – Long Beach in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on Social Justice. Dr. Manyweather served as the President of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) – Gardena Chapter from 2009 to 2013, and in 2018 received an award and was recognized as a Women of Influence (WOI).
