Kevin T. Willson has written and directed hundreds of narrative commercials, short films, and documentaries, internationally, for brands such as Jeep, P&G, Nescafe, Frito-Lay, Habitat For Humanity, and Ubisoft. Kevin wrote & directed three #1 rated, comedy Super Bowl commercials, and has had the pleasure to work with Tony Hale, Zoe Saldana, Andy Samberg, Ego Nwodim (SNL), Richie Moriarty (CBS’s Ghosts).
Kevin has taught dozens of filmmaking workshops to film schools and has guest lectured at USC, Act One, Azusa, UCLA, etc. This year he taught an advanced Directing Short Form course at Biola University and currently Film Exploration at Oaks. He graduated with a Film B.A. degree from Biola Univ., as well as completed film programs and workshops at LAFSC, UCB Improv, Second City, Act One, Save The Cat, and more.
One of his comedy half-hour pilot scripts has an A-List director attached and is out to the studios. Kevin is attached to direct a Christmas comedy feature the summer of 2024, and he is also co-writing a comedy feature film for Universal Studios. Kevin loves to collaborate with authentic, kind, and funny human beings. Kevin, his wife, son, and their dogs live in Studio City.
