Yes, there are laundry facilities available for students. In 2023, laundry cost $2.25 to wash and $2.00 to dry. The machines only accept quarters and families are encouraged to send students with quarters and laundry detergent as they are not provided. Summer Springboard can provide change when needed.

In 2023, students ate on both the west and east campuses, which included different style dining halls. Duke offers different cuisines and vendors that are local to the area.
